Shipping – Return Policy

Orders are sent via Hellenic Post in 1st class registered delivery (with tracking number). We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage while parcels are making their way to you. In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we will work on it to resolve the situation. We are not responsible for any changes on delivery costs. (Hellenic Post Office might change the prices without any further notice.)

Orders are normally posted within 1-3 days of receiving the order and should arrive around 1-2 days after dispatch. If there is a delay in posting or an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know and of the estimated delivery date.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days (in its original condition). We can then give you a full refund or exchange it for another item.  Either way we will do our best to have another happy customer!
